papers should be typed on the A4 size in Microsoft Word Version
6.00 in Times Roman, font size 10 and sent on 3.5 formatted floppy
together with a hardcopy. It could also be emailed at iod@vsnl.com.
Brief CV (100 words) with passport size colour photograph is also
desired. Last date for submission of technical papers is 5th May,
2004.

Congress Souvenir is released on the Inaugural Day of the
Congress along with the Congress Proceedings. These are distributed
to all congress delegates, environmental protection / product
industry, NGOs, quality organisations, standards institutions
as well as all our members and associates worldwide.

Cancellation policy
No refund will be made for cancellation.
Should you be unable to attend the conference after booking,
you are welcome to send a representative.
